Terms of Use for PureLens

Effective Date: June 2026

By downloading, accessing, or using PureLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

1. General Use

PureLens provides video editing, photo editing, audio editing, project-based editing, cinematic filters (LUTs), image enhancement tools, export tools, and intelligent recommendation features.

You are solely responsible for all content that you create, edit, export, publish, or share using the application.

You agree not to use PureLens for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or copyright-infringing activities.

2. Intelligent Features Disclaimer

PureLens may provide automated recommendations, scene analysis, enhancement suggestions, template suggestions, and other intelligent assistance features.

These features are provided for convenience and creative assistance only.

PureLens does not guarantee any specific artistic, technical, commercial, or professional outcome.

Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and approving all exported media before publication, distribution, or commercial use.

3. Media Processing

PureLens performs media processing primarily on your device.

The quality and performance of processing may vary depending on device model, operating system version, available storage, memory resources, media format, and media quality.

The developer does not guarantee that every media file, codec, format, or third-party asset will be supported on all devices.

4. PureLens Pro Subscription

Certain features may require an active PureLens Pro subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through your Apple Account Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Feature availability may differ between Free and Pro versions.

5. Advertising

The free version of PureLens may display advertisements.

The developer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party advertising services.

Interactions with advertisements are governed by the policies of the respective advertising providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to PureLens, including but not limited to:

Application design
User interface
Branding
Logos
Source code
Visual assets
Filters
LUTs
Presets
Documentation

remain the exclusive property of the developer unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or reproduce any part of PureLens without prior written permission.

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of the photos, videos, audio files, and other content they import into PureLens.

The developer does not claim ownership of user content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any content used within the application.

8. Limitation of Liability

PureLens is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for:

Loss of data
Loss of media
Loss of profits
Export failures
Device incompatibilities
Service interruptions
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

arising from the use or inability to use the application.

9. Third-Party Services

PureLens may integrate with third-party services including, but not limited to:

Apple App Store
Google AdMob
Firebase (if enabled in future releases)
Other approved platform services

Use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The developer is not responsible for third-party service availability, policies, or actions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.

Updated versions will become effective when published.

Continued use of PureLens after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
